• If the property includes land: a site or plot plan showing the boundaries of the land, with North indicated (a survey plan, title plan, or clear hand-drawn outline is fine)
• For built spaces: a detailed floor plan (each level) with North orientation and room designations indicated (kitchen, office, bathroom, etc.) — a hand-drawn sketch is sufficient if you do not have an architectural plan
