This is a 1-hour live collective sound harmonisation, held as a vibrational field for alignment, integration, and coherence.

Through sound, resonance and the silence in between , the session supports the body, the nervous system, and the subtle layers in settling into harmony — allowing energy that is already present to organise naturally.

There is nothing to visualise.
Nothing to intend.

You are invited simply to rest, listen, and receive, giving space to the intelligence of your soul to act.

The workshop and the sound harmonisation are offered as two distinct, complementary experiences.
Each stands complete in itself.

What to expect

• Find a space where you can lie down comfortably without being disturbed for the entire duration of the session.

• Your camera will be on during the intro but you can turn it off afterwards

• You are welcome to receive passively or even fall asleep: trust the work of the frequency in your field

• Each experience will be unique

This is a collective field, not a one-to-one session.
