Terms & Conditions

By reserving your place for the Sahara Retreat – Days Out of Time, you agree to the following terms: 

1. Payment & Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required to secure your place. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date corresponding to your pricing tier:

    • Early Bird: by June 28, 2025

    • Regular Price: by July 10, 2025

    • Last-Minute: immediately upon booking

  • Payment can be made via the secure link provided, or via bank transfer/PayPal as instructed.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • Cancellations made before June 28, 2025 are eligible for a refund of any additional payments made (minus the deposit).

  • Cancellations made on or after June 28, 2025 are non-refundable.

  • In the event that the retreat must be cancelled by the organizer, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.

  • Please note: Payment processing fees (~3%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.

3. Minimum Participant Requirement

  • The retreat requires a minimum of 6 confirmed participants to take place.

  • If this minimum is not met, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the retreat.

  • In such a case, all payments, including deposits, will be refunded in full.

  • We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (flights, travel, insurance), so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

4. Participant Responsibility

  • Participation requires a certain level of physical and emotional stability. You agree to attend the retreat in a responsible and self-aware manner.

  • You are fully responsible for your health, travel, and personal well-being throughout the retreat.

  • The organizer reserves the right to deny participation or ask someone to leave the retreat in cases of inappropriate, unsafe, or highly disruptive behavior.

5. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is mandatory. It must include coverage for cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

  • Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the retreat.

6. Privacy & Communications

  • Your personal data will be kept confidential and used only to manage your participation in the retreat.

  • By registering, you consent to receive relevant communications about the retreat and any preparatory material.

• You will receive an email with payment details for the remaining balance, due by:

• June 28 (Early Bird)

• July 10 (Regular Price)

• Those who sign-up after the 16th of July will be required to pay the participation fee in full (Last-Minute Price)

• Travel insurance is required for participation.
• Please do not book non-refundable flights until the retreat minimum is confirmed (you will be notified when that happens).
